Description

These arrangements are architectural in nature and often showcase stunning tropicals blended with truly seasonal specialties. Their Avant-garde nature make them chameleons that work in so many spaces. From patchouli palaces to industrial lofts, it’s fun to talk about the flowers when they look like this.  

*Designs are 100% unique but created with your occasion in mind, so please don’t hesitate to include a few descriptive words about the recipient or occasion to help guide the design. Want to trust the artist? Go ahead and leave it blank and we’ll do the rest! Specific Color and flower requests are 100% addressed as able, but not guaranteed. 

Shipping & Delivery 

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. 

For deliveries to a house, we leave floral orders in a safe location near the door and ring the doorbell. If no one immediately answers the door, we send a courtesy text or phone call to alert the recipient that the flowers are outside. In the event that there is no number for the recipient, we will contact the sender via text or email (whichever is left on the order) to let them know their order has been left outside of the delivery location. Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to wait with the flowers so please be on standby to either receive your flowers or notify your recipient that their flowers are outside. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control. 

For deliveries to a condominium or apartment building with a lobby, we will either leave the flowers with the front desk or at the front door of the apartment building depending on the building’s delivery policy. If no one immediately answers the door, we send a courtesy text or phone call to alert the recipient that the flowers are at the desk or front door. Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to wait with the flowers so please be on standby to either receive your flowers or notify your recipient that their flowers are outside. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control. 

We make every reasonable attempt to deliver your flowers in a timely manner. With that said, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct information. Flower Lab is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering party including incorrect addresses or contact phone numbers. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the ordering party may be subject to an additional product and delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter. 

Funeral Arrangements 

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. 

Delivery to Hospitals

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. 

Recipient Not Home: 

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either: 

-Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance) 

-Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time 

Substitution Policy 

Due to the nature of working with live product, Flower Lab reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is subject to weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer. 

Privacy & Security 

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.

Cancellation 

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store. 

Replacements/Refunds 

We ensure our flowers for up to 5 days of freshness. We work with a blend of local and seasonal products and standard favorites. Our local product lasts significantly less long, but we are committed to using this vital local resource in our designs. If you are unhappy or experience early wilting, please call us within this time frame and we are generally happy to replace. Please care for your flowers by giving fresh water daily and keeping them clear of heat vents. If you are not happy with the quality of your flowers, please get in touch at studioflowerlab@gmail.com within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery date. Please provide a detailed description of your quality issue as well as photos of your flowers. In the event that a customer has a valid quality issue, we exchange the faulty arrangement/bouquet for a new arrangement/bouquet. We do not offer refunds. 

We also do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal tastes & flower preferences. If you are looking for something specific, please get in touch with us directly before placing your order. Otherwise, all arrangements are ‘Designer’s Choice’ and made at our discretion.
